Elizabeth Banks & Nathan Lane Return To 'Modern Family' For Season Six

Elizabeth Banks - Hunger Games star Elizabeth Banks and actor Nathan Lane are scheduled to make a return to the ABC's Modern Family.
According to reports, 40-year-old Elizabeth Banks and 58-year-old Nathan Lane will make their return during the February episode of the family comedy series.
Entertainment Weekly reports indicate that the pair will feature along "Cam (Eric Stonestreet) and Mitch (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) set out to throw a belated baby shower for wild-child-turned-mom Sal (Banks) with the help of master party planner Pepper (Lane).'
This is not the first time The Good Wife actress has appeared on the award winning comedy series. The last time that Elizabeth Banks and Nathan Lane appeared on the Golden Globe Award winning show was in the finale of season five. In that episode, Pepper tried to put together the perfect weeding for Cam and Mitch. However, a very pregnant Sal had to be transported to the hospital where she gave birth to a child whose father was not her new boyfriend.
Modern Family has been a success since it first hit the screens. The sitcom, which has been described as culturally significant, has also won several awards. They include five back-to-back Emmy Awards for Outstanding Comedy Series and a Golden Globe Award for Best Comedy Television Series.
According to local reports, the sixth season of Modern Family is set to be more exciting as the large Pritchett-Dunphy-Tucker clan continue overcoming the perils and joys of living together.
