A new federal lawsuit has been filed against John Travolta by a former Royal Caribbean cruise attendant who is accusing the actor of stripping off his robe and pushing the worker.

According to the lawsuit, the attendant, Fabian Zanzi, said that 58-year-old Travolta said to him, "Take me, I will take care of you, please." The encounter was said to have taken place as the attendant delivered food to Travolta's room in June 2009.

Travolta is also being accused of offering the attendant $12,000 to never speak of the incident again. Zanzi says he filed a report of the incident but could not include any details regarding nudity or sex. According to Zanzi, he was then placed in a segregated area of the ship for five days until Travolta had left the cruise.

This is one of three incidents reported this year against Travolta for inappropriate sexual behavior. All of the accusers are men who claim Travolta sexually assaulted them in some way.

The first anonymous accuser filed a lawsuit on May 4, which accused Travolta of attempting to have sex with him after hiring him for a massage on January 16. Charges from the case were eventually dropped and evidence was produced that proved Travolta had been in New York that day.

The second accuser claimed Travolta had sexually battered and harassed him during another massage appointment.

Both accusers were suing for $2 million each and were both represented by attorney Okorie Okorocha.

Travolta's lawyer persists that the new lawsuit is just another episode of false claims.

"This is another ludicrous lawsuit with inane claims," Travolta's lawyer, Marty Singer, said in a statement to People. "It is obvious that Mr. Zanzi and his lawyers are looking for their 15 minutes of fame."

Royal Caribbean has confirmed that Zanzi was in fact working in June 2009. He was said to have ended his career on the ship on May 18, 2011.

Zanzi is suing for damages, assault, battery, and emotional distress.
