Disneyland Removes Bill Cosby's Statue After More Proof Of Alleged Rape Surfaced

Disneyland decided to remove Bill Cosby's statue located at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame Plaza. The decision came after an online petition reached 2,600 signatures in less than a day.
CNN reported that this is the reaction of the public after decade-old court documents were unsealed. In the deposition, Bill Cosby admitted to "obtaining Quaaludes with the intent of giving them to women" that he wanted to have sex with, but he did not admit that he gave Quaaludes to any of the women that has been accusing him of rape.
The latest revelation gave Bill Cosby's accusers some sort of vindication and it can be the silver lining that they have been waiting for, Boston Globe reported. Linda Traitz said, "It validates what we were saying, because a lot of people were calling us liars."
Many consider Cosby's statement in the deposition as a confirmation of the statement of the women who are accusing him of sexual assault. According to them, Bill Cosby allegedly used drugs before he sexually assaulted them.
The backslash of Cosby's statement in the recently unsealed deposition continues. Just one day after his statue was removed from Walt Disney World, there has been another petition that the White House itself revoked the Presidential Medal of Freedom that was given to the actor back in 2002.
Networks reportedly had stopped airing reruns of "The Cosby Show." Netflix cancelled plans of a new show with Bill Cosby. It was also reported that Creative Artists Agency (CAA) "quietly dropped" the comedian, making Cosby currently "unrepped."
The Hollywood community is clearly divided on this matter. There are those who support Bill Cosby and there are those who support the women who are accusing Bill Cosby.
Bill Cosby and the rest of his PR Team issued no statement as of this time.
