How is Scott McCall going to survive if he loses his friends?

It seems like that's where "Teen Wolf" is heading as its creator Jeff Davis hinted a darker and direr season 5. There will be more deaths and possible dissolution of the Alpha pack, The Hollywood Reported has learned.

First up is Donovan's death. In the most recent episode of "Teen Wolf," Stiles Stilinski (Dylan O'Brien) accidentally killed Ashton Moio's character. That fight was between predator versus prey after all.

Technically, he was a chimera. Reality check, if something that's not human threatens to exterminate your existence, you fight back.

Stilinksi, unfortunately, reacts like he has committed premeditated murder, and he doesn't tell his friends, according to TV Fanatic. Davis said that his guilt over the incident will push him and Malia Hale, the character played by Shelley Hennig, apart.

Furthermore, the "Teen Wolf" creator said that Stilinki would be dealing with the fallout for quite a while.

Is this where Lydia Martin, a character played by Holland Roden, comes in? Well, "Teen Wolf" season 5 is believed to set up a love pentagon between Stiles, Lydia, Malia, Parrish and Theo.

Apparently, fans are betting on Martin and Stilinski to be together in the long run.

The relationship of Kira Yukimura, played by Arden Cho, and McCall, played by Tyler Posey, appears to be leading toward the same path as Stilinski's and Hale's. Davis said that the sweet moment between Yukimura and McCall in the last episode could be their last.

He said that the Kitsune's power would continue to rise, but she is also losing control over it. Because of this circumstance, she will pull away from her friends thinking that she's becoming a danger to them.

The second half of "Teen Wolf" season 5 will also reveal more of Valack — how he gains control over at Eichen House.

"Teen Wolf," in general, has too many characters and putting them together is kind of a tricky. However, Buddy TV found out that many of these secondary characters are being stripped away to focus on the primary ones — Scott, Lydia and Stiles.

"Teen Wolf" season 5 airs Monday, 10 p.m. on MTV.
