This is it Marvel fans. The moment you have been waiting for when the Avengers choose their sides on "Captain America: Civil War" — Team Captain America or Team Iron Man?
Gamezone has revealed that the battle has been drawn and in less than a year's time, Captain America will face off against Iron Man in "Captain America: Civil War."
As per Heroic Hollywood, sources stated that members of the Avengers will be torn between the two team leaders. Those who are said to pledge their allegiance to Captain America will be Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, Falcon, Winter Soldier and Ant-Man, who just had his own solo flick released last month. That leaves Black Widow, War Machine, Vision and Spider-Man for Team Iron Man. Marvel Studios' Kevin Feige had earlier declared that Tom Holland, the new actor to suit up for Spider-Man aka Peter Parker will make his debut appearance in "Captain America: Civil War."
Black Panther will also be onboard the movie project, but he will not take sides between Chris Evans' Captain America and Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man, as previously pronounced by the Marvel president.
Meanwhile, The Hulk's loyalty will have to be ascertained since he went missing in the "Avengers: Age of Ultron" and has not been discussed much in relation to the film, but recent reports have surfaced that Mark Ruffalo who plays Bruce Banner's alter ego was spotted partying together with the cast in Germany.
As for Screen Crush, Winter Soldier and Falcon will be on Captain America's side noting, of course, their history together. The shocker here is Black Widow's decision to be on Iron Man's team. This would not be taken well by Captain America who also had spent a lot of time working with Natasha Romanoff.
This information should not be taken to heart though until official announcements have been made. For now, these details may or may not be entirely true.
"Captain America: Civil War" continues where "Avengers: Age of Ultron" left off, as per Comicbook.com.
Steve Rogers aka Captain America leads a different ensemble of Avengers in their continued attempts to keep humanity safe and sound. After another international episode involving the Avengers producing collateral damage, pressure from the government increased to install a governing body to assess when to call the services of the group and to install a system of responsibility. The current situation creates a division in the Avengers while they perform their duty to protect the earth from a new and atrocious villain.
"Captain America: Civil War" debuts in theaters on May 6, 2016.
