It is important to do what you love in terms of your career, but everyone has to start somewhere. Where you start may not necessarily be ideal but since quitting is not the best option it is important that you look at the positives of the job until you can find a better one. Here are a few ways to do that.

Take action

If you hate your job but are not doing anything to change it, then it will remain the same. Come up with a few ways that you can make the job into what you want it to be so that you get more out of the experience. Also, taking steps outside of work that can help you get closer to leaving the job is essential.

Enjoy the paycheck

Taking advantage of the paycheck is helpful in making the job more barable. Reward yourself with something you've really been wanting for a while so that working at your job feels like its giving you more than an income to pay bills.

Create a positiove work space

Figure out what you can do to improve your environment. Maybe pictures of your children around your work space is encouraging, or framed quotes around your office wall serves as an inspiration. Whatever it is that gets you feeling good, try to incorporate it into your work space.

Talk to others

This can make work fly by and can help you gain a new perspective of your job and the people you work with. Also, fellow co-workers might feel the same way you feel about the job and may have suggestions on how to improve your experience while working there.
