Miley Cyrus, fresh off from hosting this year's MTV Video Music Awards, hits another controversy. This time, involving "Anaconda" singer, Nicki Minaj.

According to a report by Entertainment Weekly, the incident happened when Minaj was accepting the "Best Hip-Hop Video" award. The female rapper was quoted as saying "And now, back to this b— that had a lot to say about me the other day in the press. Miley, what's good?"

But VMA host Cyrus, albeit surprised, took it well and said that, "We're all in this industry. We all do interviews. We know how they all manipulate."

However, rumors are swirling that Miley Cyrus stormed off the stage, allegedly cursing in anger according to an observer.

Just recently, Minaj ended her subtle feud with pop superstar, Taylor Swift during the Video Music Awards.

As reported by ABC News, Swift dominated the 2015 MTV VMAs and accepted her award along with her fellow "squad" members Karlie Kloss and Gigi Hadid.

VMA host Miley Cyrus, however, has expressed no interest on joining Swift's famous circle of friends stating Swift has "musicians, actresses, models, entrepreneurs" as friends, but told the Times, "I'm not trying to be in the squad. None of my friends are famous and not because of any other reason than I just like real people who are living real lives, because I'm inspired by them."

But it seems that everything went well for Cyrus as she had an unannounced performance and managed to drop a surprise release of her new album, "Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz," as reported by Rolling Stone.

Shortly thereafter, Cyrus dropped a new video for the album's opening track, "Dooo It!" The video features the singer smearing paint and glitter over her face for four-and-a-half minutes, which also shows her spreading purple goo, dairy products and other assortments on her face.

The song's opening lyrics feature Cyrus declaring her affinity with Marijuana by saying, "Yeah, I smoke pot / Yeah, I love peace / But I don't give a fuck / I ain't no hippie."
