One of the music industry's most powerful couples, Beyoncé and Jay Z, is reportedly homeless after their rented Los Angeles home has been sold. According to several reports, the couple has received 60-days' notice to vacate the 16,000 square foot Holmby Hills estate, which they rented for $150,000 a month.

Since Beyoncé and Jay Z were about to become homeless, TMZ revealed that they are already on the hunt for a new place located in the Los Angeles area. The celeb news site even added that the couple wasn't apparently interested in outbidding the buyer, who paid $35.5 million for the estate.

Despite the reports claiming Beyoncé and Jay Z, 45, are now homeless, International Business Times revealed the celebrity power couple is far from being homeless. In fact, they recently bought a $2.6 mansion in New Orleans, which is a just little smaller at 13,292-square-feet, as compared to the 16,000-square-feet Los Angeles estate.

Beyoncé and Jay Z, however, will still likely reside in California even though they have properties in other areas. Earlier this year, two of the industry's most successful music artists reportedly left New York City and moved to Los Angeles for daughter Blue Ivy, upon the advice of their friends particularly Gwyneth Paltrow.

"Gwyneth was telling Jay and Bey about the quality of life for her kids in L.A. and really swayed Beyoncé and Jay to make the move," a source told Us Weekly in February. "It's all for Blue Ivy."

Meanwhile, the homeless reports came amid Beyoncé, 34, and Jay Z's divorce rumors. According to Hollywood Life, the couple is reportedly in the middle of a separation due to some trust and jealousy issues.

"Trust has always been the biggest issue for these two," a source close to the couple said. "Jay Z has women around him all the time and he's a huge flirt. Beyoncé would have to be made of stone not to get jealous."

The divorce announcement that In Touch Weekly reported on Wednesday, however, was false. As per Gossip Cop, a divorce between the couple is not imminent and the claims are just regurgitating unfounded.
