Maddie Ziegler is still on the list of "Dance Moms" season six cast, but Abby Lee Miller's student reportedly not only missed one but two episodes of the reality TV show's current season. Many fans reportedly find it weird and are now curious if she's ever coming back to the show.
It has been reported that "Dance Moms" season 6, episode 1 filmed earlier this month, and yes, Ziegler was missing, Yibada learned. Apparently, "The Book of Henry," where she co-stars with Hollywood actress Naomi Watts, has started filming, and as per the report of Design & Trend, the 13-year-old dancer missed the two competitions because she was in New York for some movie scenes.
The report further stated that Ziegler was on the official list for the premiere episode, but later found out that she was absent. She was also reportedly missing in the episode 2 of Lifetime's show.
New reports emerged online stating that the "Chandelier" dancer will likely miss episode three, and according to Christian Today, her fans are worried that she might get kicked out of the show for it.
In the forthcoming months, Ziegler will reportedly shoot her scenes for Sia's new film "Sisters." That said, she may have a difficult time juggling with her schedule.
It has been reported in the past that she wasn't sure if she's coming back to "Dance Moms," stating that she would like to try involving herself in projects other than dancing for a change.
Ziegler and Lifetime haven't commented on this issue, and there weren't any talks about her removal from the show either. Her appearance in the upcoming "Dance Moms" episodes remains to be seen.
The owner of Abby Lee Dance Company (ALDC), Miller, on the other hand, remains mum on the controversy surrounding the absence of her star student. Apparently, she has other things to be worried about.
For those who might have missed the "Dance Moms" latest news, the famous dance instructor has been charged with bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets and false bankruptcy declarations. She was accused of hiding her income from 2012 to 2013, which was reportedly over $755,000.
The reality star is slated to make an appearance at court in Pittsburgh on Nov. 5 for her arraignment. Reports further stated that she would face fines of up to $5 million and five years in prison, if proven that she's guilty, the International Business Times reported.
"Dance Moms" also stars Mackenzie Ziegler, Nia Frazier and Kendall Vertes.
