Michigan Triples All In Jail

Well it looks like the Shiver triplets from Michigan are going to be spending the Christmas season after all, but not exactly in the place they would have wanted it to be. As of Monday, the 21 year old triplets from Michigan are all in jail for felony charges following the conviction of the last two brothers. Juron and Deshawn Shiver were both charged with conspiracy and robbery this week following an attack the two made on the father of Juron’s girlfriend back in 2010. The incident occurred in Buena Vista township as the brothers were trying to get the victim’s cell phone and money.
Depending on how their sentencing goes next month, the two might be able to join Devon, their third brother, who is already serving time in the Siginaw Correctional Facility after being sentenced last May of 2011. Devon, who is being held for weapons possession, home invasion, and assault, is expected to remain in jail up until February 2043.
Meanwhile, Deshawn and Juron are both expected to face a maximum of 15 years in prison. The other two brothers should consider themselves lucky since their maximum sentence is only a quarter of what Devon is currently facing.
