Tim Tebow Wants Out Of New York

Backup quarterback Tim Tebow is reportedly so unhappy with the New York Jets that there are reports coming in about the former Florida Gator wanting to leave the team. After the regular season is done, Tebow will probably be requesting a trade or a release from the Jets and quite frankly, who can blame him? The Jets have been struggling all season and the only thing they have left to play for this year is their pride.
Tebow was acquired from the Denver Broncos during the off-season after trading for Peyton Manning. At the time, the Jets had stated that they were planning on making Tebow an important part of their team’s offense. So far, “integral” would not be the best way to describe Tebow’s role with the team as he has only played sparingly behind woeful starting quarterback, Mark Sanchez.
Many experts are saying that Tebow will most likely make his move if the Jets decide to start second year man, Greg McElroy for the last two games of the regular season. Tebow’s arrival in the Jets organization helped attract a lot of media frenzy in training camp, and now with the possibility of him leaving the Jets, there is no doubt that his time with them will only be remembered for how much media attention he got the team.
