Teresa Giudice updates show that she may be busy promoting her new book and making sure she spends the last few remaining days she may have left with Joe before he gets deported. However, the "Housewife" star may be a Buddhist now after embracing zen and doing yoga.
Giudice was seen doing a yoga pose in front of a statue before enjoying a romantic date with her husband Joe. Her social media posts appear to show the reality TV star embracing a new freedom after being released from federal prison. She has claimed to be a changed woman with her new spiritual self.
In a recent Instagram picture, Guidice updated everyone about her life. Using her social media handle @TeresaGiudice, she is seen with her head bowing in front of a Buddha statue while in a prayerful position. She captioned the post: "Yoga is the golden key that unlocks the door to Peace, Tranquility & Joy." To emphasize her new found freedom, she hashtagged the post with "#turningthetables."
While she was imprisoned, she also spent several hours a day working on her physical shape to pass the time as well as taking advantage of the beauty benefits and parties inside the iron walls.
Last week she posted a picture of herself beside a gold statue. "At yoga today and really fell In love with this statue .. Sometimes in life you go through things that help you view life at all different angles and you learn to have a different appreciation for what life brings and what life has to offer," Giudice said.
Does this explain how she is coping with her family and marital troubles especially with Joe being shipped off? Giudice is busy spending as much romantic time as she can with her husband before his 41 month sentence will be served.
