Louis Tomlinson arrived at the temporary custody settlement meeting to address the issue of his visiting rights for his son, Freddie Tomlinson. It is claimed that the "One Direction" singer is fighting with Briana Jungwirth about money issues that have led to the court proceedings.
The drama sparked when Louis who pays for Briana's expenses allegedly proposed that they establish a specific amount for each month instead of a weekly allocation. However, the action reportedly produced unprecedented outcomes that made Briana implement drastic measures towards her baby daddy.
According to a post from TMZ, the 24-year-old singer has instructed his lawyer right after Briana has restricted him from being with their one-month-old child. The same post added that the lawyers of Tomlinson are set to take the battle to the courts along with their legal documents so that they can establish Louis' paternity privileges and be granted visitation rights.
The settlement pertaining to custody and child support is anticipated for disclosure soon and at the same time, both parties have agreed for a provisional custody terms while their lawyers are preparing something more formal regarding the custody and child support.
The same post indicated that Louis is allowed "access to the child for several hours at a time during the week, but he will not have any overnight visits." Looking back, in a post from Daily Mail it was revealed that Louis confirmed he was going to have his first baby back in July and the former couple were constantly seen in different public places. However, the relationship took a different turn.
On a different note, Tomlinson even shared Freddie's birth through several tweets posted last Jan.23. He then relocated to a three-bedroom property in Los Angeles in order to provide time for his son.
It goes without saying that Louis Tomlinson has the right to see his son but both Briana and Louis should set aside their differences and ensure a healthy and wholesome environment for their much-adored son, Freddie.
