Ubisoft has recently confirmed "Watch Dogs 2." While this is exciting news for fans of the game, reports claimed that the gaming company has a lot in store apart from the mere launch of the sequel.

According to PC Gamer, the new game will support DirectX 12. "Ubi didn't go into detail about how exactly DX12 will be implemented, but hopefully it will at the very least help deliver better out-of-the-box performance than we got from the original Watch Dogs, which suffered from some serious issues with lag and stuttering at release," the report noted.

As of writing, Ubisoft has not yet disclosed any specific release dates for "Watch Dog 2." Rumors are rife, however, that Ubisoft might release the game on its 2016-17 fiscal year.

Meanwhile, all eyes are also set on another Ubisoft game- "The Division." The highly anticipated Tom Clancy title made waves when it was released this month.  Ubisoft recently revealed future plans for the title including a three-pack DLC that will be released this year.

As Bit Bag detailed, the first expansion will be released by June 2016.  Aptly reffered to as "Underground," the first update will allow players to go through tunnel mazes and subways as part of the gameplay. "Based on the description, the Underground DLC may introduce randomly generated tunnels that can be good sources of exp, loot and gear the longer the player explores them," the report added.

Meanwhile, the second expansion is slated for a Summer release, and will be called "Survival." Reports suggest that Ubisoft might introduce a survival mode content.  The longer players stay alive, more rewards will be in store.

But perhaps the most interesting update will be released by Winter 2016, and will be called the "Last Stand." Rumor has it that with this last update, new enemies in the form of zombies will be introduced to the game.

Stay tuned for more Ubisoft updates here!
