Samsung Galaxy S7 is said to still be the best phone to buy right now. The device was released last month.

In the Samsung Galaxy S7 review by PC Advisor, the publication noted that the phone has been "unbeatable" so far. Although it is still quite early to deem it as the best phone for this year, its rivals such as the LG G5 and HTC 10 seem unable to take on the South Korean giant's flagship.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge was also described as a "very capable Android phone." However, the device's unique curved-edge screen may not be for everyone.

"Meanwhile the Galaxy S7 is a great all-rounder that has managed to improve on the already brilliant S6," the website wrote. "Samsung has improved on its winning formula in the most important way: by listening to what consumers want. And, since it's Samsung, it's also piled on even more performance."

It was previously reported that the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge both have the same storage capacity of 32 or 64 GB with an expandable external memory of up to 200 GB. Both have 4 GB of RAM and have Samsung Exynos 8890 as its processors.

They also both have 12 MP rear cameras with f/1.7 aperture and can take 4K videos. Their front cameras are at 5 megapixels. The Samsung Galaxy S7 specs feature a 5.1-inch display with a 2560×1440-pixel resolution at 577ppi while the S7 Edge has a 5.5-inch display with a 2560×1440-pixel resolution at 534 ppi.

According to BGR, the Samsung Galaxy S7 has been experiencing some issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. Apparently, the problem only lies with Gmail sync over Wi-Fi and not during browsing the Internet.

Turning the Wi-Fi on and off appears to work. However, the problem returns soon after. BGR noted that there are plenty of users complaining about this issue.
