Olsen Twins 2016: Hiding From The Paparazzi Art Made This Kickstarter's Dream Successful

After watching the documentary "The price of Gold", two people decided to kickstart a museum right in their own apartment. Now, the Tonya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan Museum Curators Matt Harkins and Viviana Olen presents to the world the "Olsen Twins Hiding From the Paparazzi" exhibit.
The woman behind the exhibit is Chicago based artist Laura Collins. Olen tells NY Mag that when they saw her prints, they wanted to put it in their museum.
What initially started as a Kickstarter, soon moved out of their apartment to an abandoned office in Brooklyn.
Kickstarting is a great way to get people to notice your cause and at the same time help achieve your potential through backers. For aspiring and inspired artists, this is a great way to jump start your entry to the world of viewing.
Upon entering the space, viewers will be treated to seeing the Olsen Twins. However, the twins aren't identified in each painting. Laura Collins explains that this was intentional. "I have no idea who's who. I wanted it to be like, they're kinda interchangeable. We almost don't care who's who."
It's an artist's and entrepreneurs dream come true. The space itself is modeled after Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy's private wedding. The decorative bowls of cigarettes are there for guests to enjoy. Vintage clips of the Olsen Twins during their child-star days are also prominent. The museum is an Olsen Twins' spiral view of their lives.
If you'd like to visit and get inspired, too, the exhibit is open until May 1, 2016 at 563 Grand Street, Brooklyn, New York.
Who knows, maybe the Olsen Twins could get curious and decide to pop up - Do you think that'd be fun?
