Upton recently made the news with rumors of a supposed romance with "Dancing with the Stars" dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Us Weekly Magazine reported that the two had celebrated the model's 21^st birthday together. Sources said that "they were set up through friends. They just started dating." They were also spotted eating together at Scalinatella in New York City's Upper East Side neighborhood, appearing "very canoodly," according to an onlooker. However, both Upton and Chmerkovskiy have declined to comment on the rumors.
