A riderless horse wins the race at Belmont after dismounting her jockey.
The amazingly spirited horse did not stray off course but kept to the race until reaching for the end. The jockey who has been taking all the credit for her victories has finally been shown who's boss.
The horse named 'Downtown Hottie', number 2, won her race by galloping to the finish. From the initial position at the back of the pack slowly overcoming each competitor until she reaches all the way to the front.
At least a full length beyond any other horse, the inspiring spectacle crossed the finish line without any help from her jockey.
The six-year-old horse at New York's Belmont Park serves as the truth to us all. At times we don't need to rely on another's guidance to make the victorious run. At times, the independence can shine a new light on us.
Unfortunately, however, the horse has been disqualified due to racing regulations. The horse in the second place named "Whole Lotta Shakin'" was the officially qualified winner, but we all know who really won the race.
