Intern At SpaceX: Cape Canaveral IT Internship Happening

Are you an undergraduate or a post graduate looking for experience? You may just be able to intern at SpaceX. Space Exploration Technologies gathers employees from everywhere. As long as you've got the grit and intelligence for problem solving, you could be the guy.
Currently, if you'd like to intern at SpaceX, they have an IT Internship or co-op summer 2016 program at Cape Canaveral, Florida. The interns are required to support SpaceX launch and mission operations through various project assignments and technical tasks. Something to note, after-hours or weekend support might be needed when it comes to high-risk projects.
To join, you have to be currently enrolled at a four-year university or college or completed an IT degree (or related field) no more than 6 months ago. The candidate must have Linux, data storage, networking, systems automation, virtualization and other technologies background. Interns at SpaceX are also required to have the ability to address and resolve problems effectively, independently and promptly. Because strong organizational and analytical skills is required, be prepared to work in a high stress environment.
Sometimes, they need somebody who can regularly lift up to 50 lbs. for duties such as delivering computers, unpacking and rack-mounting equipment and more. It's also important to note that they need somebody with a driver's license.
Lastly, if you think you're almost there, you have to pass the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station background check
