Recent "Game of Thrones" season 7 spoilers suggest that the stories for the next installment of the highly-popular series may focus on Cersei, Jaime, Arya, Bran, Sansa and Littlefinger, among others. More information on Jon Snow's identity may be expected as well.
The "Game of Thrones" season 7 air date has been recently confirmed for summer next year. The upcoming season will have seven episodes, which is fewer than the usual 10.
HBO confirmed on Monday that production for the popular series would start later than usual in order to have colder weather conditions for the show. Locations for the filming would be in Northern Ireland as well as Spain and Iceland.
In their "Game of Thrones" season 7 spoilers, The Week shared possible stories that could be the focus of the upcoming installment of the series.
First, Cersei will most likely have an unhappy reign now that her children have died. "Game of Thrones" season 7 may see Lena Headey's character follow on King Aerys' footsteps as the next mad ruler.
Moreover, Cersei may be killed off by none other than Jaime. With the prediction that she will be killed by a "little brother," there are speculations that her twin and lover will be the one to finish her off. Others believe that it will be Tyrion Lannister or Arya Stark.
Arya Stark, on the other hand, is believed to become Lady Stoneheart. Her sister, Sansa, may eventually marry Littlefinger if only to conceal the truth of her rumored pregnancy with Ramsay Bolton's child.
Bran Stark may be the White Walkers' key to entering Westeros now that he has been marked by the Night's King. He may also reveal the truth of Jon Snow's parentage, which he learned from one of his flashbacks.
According to Unreality TV, Jon Snow's real name could be Jaehaerys. Apparently, Ned Stark was forced to change it since the name would have given the child's true identity away easily.
