"Penny Dreadful" Season 1 to Season 3 will be released on a disc; however, fans demand that creators of the show should release a last season to properly settle and wrap everything up.

Although fans clamor and demands for another season, reports suggest that creators of the show are determined to have "Penny Dreadful" Season 3 as the last run for the hit TV series.

In consolation, fans can go back to the story of the show by availing a DVD of the complete season of "Penny Dreadful," which is expected to be released on Oct. 4. The release of the DVD format cannot be delayed anymore as it has already been announced, and a press release of the synopsis of the show has already been publicized.

The DVD copy is a three-disc collection which will have nine episodes of the season in totality. Accordingly, the DVD features "behind the scenes" such as Hecate's Witch Prosthetics, Vanessa's Costumes and the Dead Zoo in addition to the show itself.

Meanwhile, those who want to view "Penny Dreadful" seasons earlier than October may refer to the capper that Netflix has put for complete streaming of the show from Season 1 to Season 3.

Nevertheless, the DVD version and streaming of "Penny Dreadful" seems to be not the fans want, but another installment instead. It can be remembered that "Penny Dreadful" Season 3 ended with the shocking death of Vanessa and nothing more. The show's creator, John Logan, immediately announced the end of the show afterward. For the said reason, fans initiated an online petition for the renewal of the show; however, Logan seems to have not yet reacted in the petition yet.

Meanwhile, it is worthy to note that Logan previously said he just planned "Penny Dreadful" to be a three-season series, and there is no point in doing a spin-off or even a movie sequel tackling Vanessa Ives' death.

Nevertheless, it is said that if Showtime's executive would talk with him about "Penny Dreadful" or doing something related, he is still open for negotiation. Fans also consider the idea that Netflix might want to release a sequel without inputs from Logan and involvement of the original cast members.
