In anticipation of Arrow's special 100th episode, Marc Guggenheim sat down to do a Q&A after the premiere of Episode 503 entitled "A Matter of Trust", in the CW offices. The episode featured former WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes playing his role as the iconic Stardust. Marc Guggenheim expressed that he was sincerely impressed at the performance of Rhodes, while also hinting that there are more to be excited about this upcoming season.

One of the most notable of Guggenheim's answers in the Q&A was his response when asked about the characters Diggle and Lyla's reaction to the effects of Flashpoint to their child, an event in the other CW show The Flash. Guggenheim responded in a vaguely indicative manner, saying that in Arrow, "there is no secret that doesn't eventually get discovered."

The quote is known just all too well for seasoned Arrow fans, especially with the huge reveals and plot twists that the last season of Arrow provided. The premise of the show itself naturally holds secrets as it revolves around vigilante action and drama. This season, Guggenheim teased Felicity's secret boyfriend, a potentially new character that may play a vital role in the story ahead.
Associations as secrets were a large theme of last season's Arrow. Just like the tease of Felicity's secret boyfriend this season, fans were on the edge of their seats in last season with protagonist Oliver Queen's secret son eventually created the rift between Oliver and Felicity.

Drama this season is turned the other way around as other members of Team Arrow hold secrets from Oliver.

The show expects a lot with a huge new cast of characters entering the fray in the form of recruits for the new Team Arrow. We can't wait for what more awaits us in the 100th episode event.
