A 22-year-old Son Knocks Out Mother with Hockey Stick After Her Card Was Declined at Taco Bell

On October 25, a shocking news was circulated on the internet that a young man from Lakeland struck her mother's head with a hockey stick and leave her mom comatose. The man has been charged with aggravated assault after their neighbour saw the violent doings of Logan Badgley to his mother.
According to the witness, the argument between the two started after Logan said that he badly needs his mom's debit card for he wanted to buy a taco bell near in their local area on Saturday evening. Melanie Badgley said that she could not pay for his taco bell for the reason that there was no money in her bank account.
According to the Smoking Gun, a police report said that Logan took the debit card and left the residence. Not too long, the young man angrily returned home. The witness told Shelby County Sheriff's Office that the man was very angry because it appeared zero balance account in her mother's card.
It was reported that Melanie and Logan were in garage that time. Logan grabbed a hockey stick and began striking the freezer. Afterwards, he then beats his mother's left side head, leaving her comatose. When their neighbour saw the violent action of the man through their opened garage door, she then called the police and reported the cruelty of Logan.
According to the cop, Melanie "suffered and approximately one laceration on the head, behind her left ear." Apparently, Logan confessed that he was drunk that night. "I consumed a few alcoholic beverages during the night.", Logan said. However, Logan did not want to provide his side of the story.
