This company offers macaroon baking on their 'Evernote Academy'. They also offer their employees unlimited paid vacation, The Street reported.
There's also the Epic Systems which is a health care software company that offers paid four-week employee leave, to allow employees to pursue their creative talents. The company offers an in-expensive healthcare insurance coverage.
Of course, there's Google that has a stimulating environment and offers a wide-variety of benefits. They offer free lunch and dinner for their employees.
Employees also has an annual tuition reimbursement of $12,000. They can also enjoy other perks like car wash, massage, yoga, play room and back-up child care assistance, salary.com reported.
Then there's Yahoo who invites famous personalities like Tom Cruise and Deepak Chopra as speakers. Employees can de-stress on their on-site gym that has a basketball and sand volleyball courts. They also have live concerts and barbecues on their office.
Aside from these, there's Netflix that offers one year paid leave for new mothers and fathers. They are allowed to return either part-time or full-time in that year.
There's also Spotify that offers six months paid maternity and paternity leave. They also offer flexible work options for returning parents.
Inc. reported that they are probably one of the few companies, that covers egg freezing and fertility assistance costs. There's also Pinterest that offers three months paid parental leave, a month of part-time hours and two counseling sessions.
Then there's Disney, where they over discounts on hotels and merchandise. Disney employees also get free entrance to Disney theme Parks.
Lastly, there's Facebook that offers $4,000 cash for employee with babies. They also known to give generous parental leave policy.
