Supposedly troubled reality TV personality Teresa Giudice posted photos of her and her daughters on Instagram Sunday while enjoying the sun in the Hamptoms. The 41-year-old revealed a sexy, black monokini in a photo with her 43-year-old husband Joe Giudice who was also with her during the family stroll to the beach. The couple was enjoying quality time with their two younger daughters amidst allegations that the couple is involved in 39 counts of fraud.

Photos of 7-year-old daughter Milania on a surfboard alongside her father can also be seen in the reality star's Instagram page. The Giudice's younger daughter Audriana also posed for the camera in a striped bikini.

The Giudice couple are facing five decades in prison posted a $1 million bail last week. If convicted, Joe and Teresa will serve for 39 counts of fraud. The couple also reportedly made false statements in several loan applications alongside allegations of bankruptcy and bank fraud.

Teresa broke her silence when she tweeted, "Today is a most difficult day for our family. I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me. I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible, which includes continuing my career. As a result, I am hopeful that we will resolve this matter with the Government as quickly as possible."

One of Teresa's frenemies in The Real Housewives of New Jersey Jacqueline said she has 'no comment' about the indictment of the couple.

The Giudices live a lavish lifestyle. The two, who grew up in working class families have always wanted to be wealthy according to sources. Their shaky façade of being wealthy was revealed in 2009 when the couple filed for bankruptcy. It did not stop with the bankruptcy though because now, the Giudices are facing a range of allegations of fraud.
