Sofia Vergara strips down to her underwear and on the floor in the upcoming comedy by John Turturro Fading Gigolo debuting in the Toronto Film Festival.
The film has gotten quite a lot of buzz because well, it's got acclaimed director Woody Allen playing as a pimp to no less than 39-year old Sofia Vergara and 55-year old Sharon Stone. It's not only the ménage a trois that's been getting Fading Gigolo the publicity. It's also the first movie that Woody Allen stars in since his 2000 appearance in Picking Up the Pieces.
In Fading Gigolo, Murray (Allen) is closing down a bookshop and hopes to make quick money by using his friend Fioravante (played by Turturro) as a male prostitute to different women, each costing him a thousand bucks. "You need the money and I'm closing shop," as what Murray tells Fioravante in the trailer, to which Fioravante replies, "I'm not a beautiful guy."
As their quest to milk as much money from as many women as possible, Fioravante comes across the kinky and sexually adventurous Selima and the dermatologist Dr. Parker, as played by Basic Instinct star Sharon Stone. They avail of Fioravante's "services" separately and decide to have a threesome along the way with him. Somewhere down the road, the Jewish community gets tied up with Murray and Fioravante's little adventure, which gets them into trouble.
Apart from the Sofia Vergara-Sharon stone lingerie scene, another reason we should all watch out for Fading Gigolo is it's got Vanessa Paradis in it! She plays the character Avigal, who eventually
becomes Fiorvante's love interest.
The comedy thriving on love, sex and money doesn't have a set release date yet but what we know is it is already in post production. We're all keeping our eyes peeled!
