Korean War veteran Ike Boutwell, owner of Movie Palace and Showtime Cinemas refuses to show the movie "The Butler" in his cinemas.

The reason behind his refusal to show the movie about a butler who has served eight presidents is because of the movie's star Jane Fonda's anti-Vietnam War nuances. Fonda, more commonly known to many veterans as "Hanoi Jane" plays the role of Nancy Reagan in the movie. The presence of the star in the movie has caused a boycott among veterans as they consider her a traitor for the action she had done during the Vietnam War. Veterans including Boutwell consider her a traitor because she allowed the North Vietnamese to use her a propaganda tool when many Americans openly opposed the war.

"I trained hundreds of pilots to fly, many of whom Ms. Fonda clapped and cheered as they were shot down," said the former active duty Marine. He thinks that it's a "slap in the face" to have a person of treason play the role of a lady who had deep love for her country. "I just think that is throwing gas on the fire," he added.

This is not the first time that Boutwell refused to show Fonda's movies. Since he opened the theater in the eighties, he says that "to the best of his knowledge" no movie of the actress was ever shown in his theater.

Many people stood up for Boutwell's decision. Some even took time to leave comments to show their support to Boutwell in the theater's Facebook page. One person wrote "Thank you for standing against "Hanoi Jane", she is a despicable human being". While another supporter wrote "Thank you for not supporting anything with Jane Fonda aka "TRAITOR".

News of the boycott has quickly reached Jane Fonda's camp and the actor has this to say to Boutwell: "Get a life."
