Blac Chyna is fortunate to have given birth to a beautiful baby girl named Dream Kardashian. As her wedding to Rob Kardashian nears, she might have apprehensions as to whether she can change her name to Angela Renee Kardashian.
Kim Kardashian and her sisters went to court and filed documents asking the court to stop Blac Chyna from using the famous family name. The 28-year-old make-up artist wants to trademark her full married name after marriage. She also wants to use the same while working in the entertainment industry and in her social media.
A source tells People that the Kardashians own their trademarks in most categories worldwide. The usual practice for the trademark attorneys is to oppose those who want to file anything related to the trademark.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars star's company claims that they "will suffer damage and irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill." The family assumes that Blac Chyna will cause damage and shame to the reputed family name.
Rob Kardashian's fiancée will be able to use his surname after their wedding which is legal. His famous family cannot deny that the surname has already been linked to Chyna. Her daughter is surnamed Kardashian.
Chyna's close pals defended her saying that she will not allow for the name to be tainted. She will also protect it because it is her daughter's surname.
Dream Kardashian's mother is ecstatic as she waits for the wedding to happen. She is also excited to use her real name - Angela Renee Kardashian.
Will Kim Kardashian and her family able to stop Blac Chyna from trade marking the family name? Is it not the right time to reconcile and be one big happy family? After all, Rob Kardashian is happy with his fiancée and their daughter.
