'Dragon Ball Super' English Dub Will Premiere on Adult Swim's Toonami This Coming January 2017!

It seems like the fans of "Dragon Ball" anime series from the United States will be happy to know that Adult Swim announced the premiere of "Dragon Ball Super." The anime debuted in Japan last year, and now, after 20 years; "Dragon Ball" is back.
Finally, fans will soon to find out what happened to Goku and the other characters after the "Dragon Ball Z." After almost 20 years, the said anime already had a sequel entitled "Dragon Ball Super." In Japan, the famous anime series aired in July 5, 2015 and produced by Toei Animation. The sequel will start when the earth became peaceful after Majin Boo was defeated.
One of the streaming anime service - Crunchyroll - revealed last Monday that "Dragon Ball Super" will be dubbed in English version and will be available on the TV Channel Adult Swim partnership with Funimation Entertainment - same production that produced the anime series of "Dragon Ball." The sequel will be airing its season 1 (with 26 episodes) during Toonami's block and will start this coming January 7, 2017 at 8pm, and another one during 11:30pm ET, as reported by The Daily Dot.
The senior vice president of Adult Swim - Jason DeMarco says that; the franchise of Dragon Ball as well as Toonami already made a history in United States. On the other hand, Funimation shares some scenes in the upcoming anime series and how it is dubbed in English with the original voice cast. The main plot of "Dragon Ball Super" is about the ability of San Goku.
The 26 episodes with subtitles of the first season are already available in the website of Funimation. However, for those who want it to be dubbed in English, there's no need to wait; 2016 is almost over, and just days after the start of 2017, "Dragon Ball Super" will premiere. Another series from "Dragon Ball" that will be available on Adult Swim is "Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Final Chapter" this will also premiere this coming January 7, 2017 during midnight.
