"The Walking Dead" season 7, episode 8 is the mid-season finale which is where Rosita is planning to kill Negan all by herself as a revenge for killing Abraham in a very brutal way; but as she goes through her mission it seems that her plans will only lead her to her death. Will Rosita's move a suicidal one, or will she succeed in putting an end to Negan's life?
Unfortunately, fans will not be able to know until the "The Walking Dead" returns. Speculations say that the series might return on February next year. These are the dates that the series usually return after the mid-season finale. The TV show's mid-season finales are usually aired at least a month or two before the year ends and then returns during February - according to GamenGuide. Speculations also claimed that the ninth episode of the season will return to the small screens on February 12, 2017.
[Spoilers] Based on iDigitalTimes, on the return of "The Walking Dead" season 7, episode 9 - Rosita's plan might only cause her, her own death. In the comics, Rosita gets killed and her head is going to be placed on a spike; brutal, right? But who else kills people brutally in this season? Only Negan has the guts to do it, and he'd do it right in front of everyone. Rosita is the only one that has a gun in Alexandria and if Negan finds out, he can easily chop her head off and place it on a spike (probably on those spikes outside the walls of Alexandria.)
However, in an interview, Josh McDermitt who played as Eugene stated that everyone in Alexandria knows Rosita's plans and they also know that it is not a very good idea. Eugene and Rosita had become very close after Abraham's death and Eugene will do anything to stop her; that is if she can actually be stopped. He stated also that his only way of slowing her down as much as possible is the bullet.
