In "Dragon Ball" and "Dragon Ball Z" you will see that Yamcha is rather one of the most unreliable allies of Son Goku. In the re-imagined series titled "Dragon Ball Side Story: The Case of Being Reincarnated as Yamcha," Yamcha is illustrated as the strongest hero.

According to Crunchyroll, the "Dragon Ball Side Story: The Case of Being Reincarnated as Yamcha" was written and illustrated by Dragon Garow Lee that was based on the original work made by Akira Toriyama. In the report the story of the series will be involving an ordinary high school young man who has been reincarnated to Yamcha because of an accident in the original "Dragon Ball" comics.

Since the young man has some knowledge about the original "Dragon Ball" series, he will be able to anticipate what will happen next. The young man who has reincarnated in Yamcha's body will train in order to make Yamcha the strongest hero. So far that's all the information for the first chapter of the "Dragon Ball Side Story: The Case of Being Reincarnated as Yamcha" series.

According to Movie Pilot, they stated that all over the social media Yamcha became popular due to how weak he is. People started even making trolls, memes, and other ways to make fun of the character Yamcha. He was always compared with other anime characters like Naruto. Such as the only character "Naruto" can defeat in "Dragon Ball Z" is Yamcha.

The sarcasm about Yamcha started spreading like wildfire from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and even 9GAG where people usually posts trolls. Yamcha is pretty much very weak compared to the rest of the "Dragon Ball" saga characters. Despite of Yamcha's perseverance in training for tournaments he has never passed through the 1st round making him the weakest in the "Dragon Ball" series.

Yamcha was actually the second fastest to learn the Kamehameha technique from Master Roshi, and everyone knows Master Roshi also taught Son Goku the technique but took quite some time to learn it. Hopefully, Yamcha changes his popularity as the weakest in the "Dragon Ball" series in "Dragon Ball Side Story: The Case of Being Reincarnated as Yamcha."
