‘The Big Bang Theory’ Season 10: Bernadette Gives Birth In Episode 11, Birthing Scene To Be Featured In Episode 12?

Last time on “The Big Bang Theory,” the show ended on a major cliffhanger as Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) went into labor. On this week’s installment, Bernadette and Howard (Simon Helberg) will welcome their little bundle of joy, as Amy (Mayim Bialik) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) celebrate Amy’s birthday.
The baby’s birth is a huge development in the episode titled “The Birthday Synchronicity,” and fans are waiting to see if there will be a hilarious birth scene within the hour. However, showrunner Steve Molaro said that viewers won’t be seeing the baby’s birth on the Dec. 15 episode of "The Big Bant Theory."
“That’s an arena that’s been covered fairly well on many shows over the years,” Molaro said to TVLine. The showrunner revealed that "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 Episode 12 will mostly focus on what happens before Bernadette starts to push her baby out.
It appears that Raj (Kunal Nayyar) will be so excited about the baby’s birth that he lets a bit of important information slip out right before the child is born. It can be recalled that Raj learned about the baby’s gender in an earlier episode. This Thursday, he accidentally spills the beans on whether the baby is a boy or a girl, according to TVGuide.
However, though Raj managed to ruin the surprise, it looks like his friends immediately forgive him as the media outlet reports that he gets rewarded in the end. It’s likely that Raj, who has been very involved with Bernadette’s pregnancy since day one, could be named as the baby’s godfather in episode 12 of "The Big Bang Theory."
The baby’s birth is a huge milestone for Bernadette and Howard, and it signifies just how much the characters have grown throughout the series’ run. There have been rumors that "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 could be the final installment of the CBS show, but as previously reported by Jobs & Hire, co-creator Chuck Lorre said that the current season won’t be the last for the comedy series.
“The Big Bang Theory” airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
