Marijuana's battle for legalization has reach to its boiling point now. Marijuana's slow progression for legalization is one of the big problems for cannabis production since 1936. That is why; survey says that most American of today support the legalization of marijuana or cannabis production, as many view it as something that would help improve the health care system.

"I think it's time to legalize the implantation of marijuana because we do not view it as something that can affect our moral standard", John Thompson, marijuana grower. He added that Colorado's decision to legalize marijuana helps not only their health care system, but also their economy, as it is going stronger with the help of cannabis products, "so what's the cause of the delay"? John added.

The social acceptance as of the moment is getting intense. In CBS news episode last 2009, where they conducted a poll, the result says that almost 41% says marijuana should be legalized, while 52% opposed.

Another poll conducted by CBS news last March 31 says that, 31% are in favor, and 7% says that, marijuana should only be legalize only if it will be taxed, and the money out from its sale must go to charity works.

Last March this year, President Obama who admits that he was smoking cannabis, conducted an online survey to know the people's opinion about the legalization of cannabis. The result says that almost ten thousand voted via internet, in favor for the legalization of marijuana.

When the President was asked about his opinion about the legalization of marijuana, he said that marijuana being legalize is not a good strategy to improve the economy.

As of the moment, Americans who are caught using marijuana were arrested for drug possession, and charge to face the court.
