A casino customer was killed and two security guards were wounded after a gunman opened fire in a Las Vegas Strip nightclub inside Bally's casino Monday morning.
According to the Las Vegas police, Benjamin Frazier, 41, shot a security guard after he asked for a refund because the club wasn't full.
Afterwards, Benjamin shot another Bally's guard. Unfortunately, a third man was exiting the nightclub and tried to hold the shooter, but was shot and died.
"Typical good Samaritan killed while trying to help," Sgt. John Sheahan told Las Vegas Review Journal. "Finally, other patrons and guards jumped on Frazier and held him until authorities arrived."
The suspect will be booked on charges of murder and attempted murder into the Clark County jail after he's released from the hospital due to a head injury.
