The troubled R&B singer, who was arrested for throwing punches at a random guy outside a hotel in Washington, has been released with reduced misdemeanor charge.

Chris Brown seems to be having a hard time getting himself away from the authorities as he was arrested outside W Hotel in Washington after being involved in a physical altercation with a man. According to reports, the singer stepped outside the lobby to pose for a photo with a couple of female fans, when Parker Isaac Adams, a random fellow, saw the opportunity to "photobomb" the fan photo.

Brown and his bodyguard, Chris Hollosy, lunged on the guy and resulted to a brawl. Adams was ready to apologize once he saw that the singer did not take his intrusion lightly, but decided to press charges since he was hurt in the said fight. Adams added that Brown's homophobic statement did no good as well, with the singer shouting "I ain't down with that gay s---t" and "I feel like boxing."

Brown is still on probation for assault charges back in 2009, when he mercilessly hit then girlfriend, Rihanna. Charges were dropped in the case, and the two stars got back together, only to separate once again. Brown was also involved in a separate altercation with singer, Drake, in a club last August. The singer's lawyer is certain that Brown "did not commit any crime" outside the W Hotel lobby, and released a statement on Monday.

"We understand that his security acted to protect Mr. Brown and Mr. Brown's property as he was authorized to do under District of Columbia law. We are confident that Mr. Brown will be exonerated of any wrongdoing," said Danny Oronato, Brown's lawyer, in a report by Fox News.
