Obama Approval Rating Drops to All-time Low

President Barack Obama's approval rating dropped to an all-time low of 24% in the latest NBC News and Wall Street Journal poll, five points down from previous index earlier in October.
According to data, there isn't a single reason that explains why Obama's approval is so low, but experts attribute it to National Security Agency (NSA) spying, Syria's chemical weapons debate, recent government shutdown and the troubled Affordable Health Act website and its real effectiveness.
"For the first time in the survey, even Obama's personal ratings are upside-down, with 41% viewing him a favorable light and 45% viewing him negatively," pollsters said.
"Personally and politically, the public's assessment is two thumbs down," said Democratic pollster Peter D. Hart, who conducted the survey with Bill McInturff, Republican pollster.
