Kanye West is currently under investigation for misdemeanor assault according to Beverly Hills police.

West was arrested for allegedly attacking an 18-year old man at chiropractor's office after reportedly yelled obscenity at Kim Kardashian.

The altercation started when Kardashian was entering the building but get swamped by photographers and paparazzi.  The teen, who claimed to help Kim by opening the door for her, start screaming harsh words towards them.

"Fuck these faggot-ass niggers," said the man.

 Kim talked to the man and told him not to use those terms but he turned to her and started to scream obscenities and insults.

"Fuck you bitch. Just trying to help you. Shut up nigger lover, stupid slut," said the man.

Kim called Kanye, who said by the witnesses rushed towards Kim and punched the teen.

According witnesses, the massage therapist in the room separated Kanye and the teen in the room. The teen was found sitting inside the room while the couple left before the police came.

Kanye and Kim were in the building for a meeting, to get furniture for their house.

The witnesses confirmed Beverly Hills police Kanye who attacked the teen.

The 18-yearl-old decided to press charges against Kane and are now officially suspect for battery case.

A witness, interview by E! Online said that Kim is really scared for the teen is in her face screaming and continuously assault her. Also, according to the witness, there is no altercation

Kanye overheard the man screaming in Kim's phone and came down running towards Kim.

"The guy continued with the slurs. He was in Kanye's face and wouldn't stop. He was taunting him. Police were called to the scene.' said the witness.

Kim and Kanye are not responding have not reacted or give any comments about the issue.
