"He abused the fact that I was an innocent person who wanted his support and his compassion and his care as my running coach," She added.

Her coach was sentenced to 10 years of jail. One report of abused of another girl put the coach to be sentenced for life.

Charlie admitted that she was not aware she was being assaulted that time, since she was so young.

"I didn't understand. I really lacked confidence. I didn't know what he was doing was wrong. Not one time in my head did I think 'I'm being sexually assaulted', because if I did, I would have done something about it."

The presenter revealed her story for she wants to help those who are experiencing such kind of trouble. She also wants to 'break the taboo about abuse as a whole'.
