The Bachelor finale episode has brought more than it's fair share of drama, suspense and of course, thrills for fans who live vicariously through the women in the show.

However, most viewers were probably not expecting Juan Pablo Galavis' shocking revelation -- or lack thereof -- for The Bachelor's finale episode.

Monday, March 10, marked the ending of yet another dramatic and suspenseful season of the show and though it seemed like viewers were treated to the most scandalous plot twists during earlier episodes, The Bachelor's finale episode had more in store for fans.

"The day has COME... Finally TODAY the soap opera comes to an END," Juan Pablo tweeted before the episode aired. "I will read you ALL tonight to see what you THINK about my DECISION..."

While perhaps many of the viewers expected Juan Pablo to give his final rose to Nikki Ferrell, what most of you didn't expect was for him not to pop the big question. Then, during a tense "After the Final Rose," he did not even reveal if he was in love with her, though Chris Harrison insisted he was.

"We have our plans, but it's something we want to keep very private," Juan Pablo said, refusing to disclose any other details about their relationship. Ferrell, however, said she was in love with him.

Finally giving his rose to Ferrell meant saying goodbye to Clare Crawley, with whom Juan Pablo had a cringeworthy last date.

"So as the helicopter's landing, we have a rare moment together with no cameras, nobody there with us and Juan Pablo leaned over and whispered something to me," Clare remarked. "He chose to tell me something that no woman wants to hear. It was insulting, it was offensive and it just made me feel awful."

It was only later that Crawley revealed that Juan Pablo told her he felt he didn't know her, and then said something overtly sexual. And although they had later patched things up and worked through their issues, Juan Pablo had made up his mind. Later, nearing the end of the show, Juan Pablo let her go.

"I thought I knew what kind of man you were -- what you just made me go through, I would never want my children having a father like you," Crawley said.

"I'm glad I didn't pick her," Juan Pablo answered, who did not interact with Crawley during "After the Final Rose."

That's it for The Bachelor's finale episode but viewers are already looking forward to seeing Andi Dorfman as next seasons "The Bachelorette."
