However, Terry's focus on the crime was a bit disrupted when he found out that his wife is battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Fortunately, they were able to close the case... or so they think. In tonight's show, we will get into another murder mystery, which actually sprang from the premiere's episode case. It can be noted that while Terry and Hildy were already thinking of closing the case last week, Blunt's attendant, Cindy Strauss, was found dead. Now, the two detectives will have something to contemplate on, but in the heat of their fact-finding, they will be led into something that's far worse than what they expected. Cindy's autopsy will show a different kind of twist that was kept secret from everyone. Find out what it is by tuning in on TNT at 9/8c. Meanwhile, as the investigation on the case heats up, Terry will have to endure the pain of losing his wife and make time for the arrival of his sister-in-law into his life. Actor Taye Diggs, who plays Terry, recently spoke about his character's frustrations and how he has channelled his emotions as Terry. "I'm pretty expressive. Just having been an actor for a while and having gone to a college that allowed me to major in musical theater, I've never had an issue expressing feelings. That being said, I'm a bit of a control freak," the 43-year-old actor said. "My body usually tells me what's going on. Mentally, a lot of times, I will think everything is fine and if it's not it will manifest itself in my body, and then I will get sick. Then I'll realize, OK, this must be stress."
