Rizzoli & Isles Season 5 is back with episode 2 tonight, and things are looking not so great for our characters, who are having a hard time accepting the loss of a dear friend and colleague Det. Barry Frost. Nevertheless, in spite of the sorrow they are facing, they need to work on a new case when a woman, who is covered in blood, came knocking into the station to reveal that she may have killed someone. Previously on Rizzoli & Isles, the show's fifth season premiered with a bang with our team working on a twisted case that revolves around the theft of a woman's baby. Speaking of babies, Jane was all sneaky in an attempt to hide her pregnancy from her mother. Elsewhere Maura and Frankie face the aftermath of their kiss. This week, it's time for another mysterious crime and looks like everything's going to be really bloody. A woman who has slayed someone has come to her senses to surrender to the authorities. The big problem though is she does not remember anything about herself and her crime. Meanwhile, amid the serious case they are working on, the team are going to suffer the repercussions of Frost's death. It can be noted that actor Lee Thompson Young, who plays the character, died in August 2013, so tonight's show will commemorate his character in the series. However, show producers have revealed that they didn't have time to properly craft something that will wrap up Frost's storyline. In the pilot episode this season, show fans have seen Korsak telling others that Frost was visiting his mother, only to receive a call later on that he got into some sort of accident on his way home. "It was very daunting knowing what was before me and what I had to do," new showrunner Jan Nash told TV Guide. "From the moment that I was approached about this show and started watching the episodes ... and [after] I met with Angie [Harmon] and Sasha [Alexander], I knew that doing it in a compelling and respectful way was the most important thing to them for the season."
