If you haven't been part of the hype over this promising Sci-Fi series, then you probably have no idea what Berry's character is keeping from the world. Time first reported that Berry's Molly Woods apparently has the biggest mystery case in her hands (or in her belly) when she returns to the earth pregnant. Yikes! Goran Visnjic is reportedly playing Woods' husband John, who is a cybernertic scientist. On the other hand, Pierce Gagnon is portraying Berry's lifelike robotic son Ethan Woods. Extant is said to follow in the footsteps of "Under the Dome," which basically means that the show will only get a season 2 if the ratings and everything else become favorable. "We love the idea of season two being the sequel to this," scriptwriter Greg Walker told The Hollywood Reporter. "The threat we establish in season one ... will continue in season two." Walker then dished that this series posts a big question: "What makes us human? Can machines be human?"
