Previously on Under The Dome Season 2, we saw Barbie risk everything including his life just to help Rebecca in saving the dwindling food supply in Chester's Mill. An infestation of butterfly eggs has caused the town's crops to suffer and Barbie did all in his power to help out and save the crops before the residents struggle to make both ends meet. With the continuing threats that are slowly surfacing due to the limitations the dome is giving the area, everyone is not safe from what's most likely to happened next. This week, it's going to be a bittersweet week for our Chester's Mill residents. A rainstorm has come and provided the town more water supply that they badly need. However, things will turn dark and grim when little-by-little they find out that the water from the rainstorm is no ordinary water; it's actually acid rain, and a couple of individuals' lives might already be at stake because of it. Meanwhile, Big Jim holds a consensus to plot and forecast how long will it take for the food supply to last and satisfy the townspeople. Elsewhere, Lyle and Rebecca will butt heads over the prime reason why the dome's there.
