Tyler Posey is tying the knot you guys! But don't you worry, he will still be the teen wolf gracing out television screens every now and then. Apart from his hectic schedule - especially his latest stint as the co-host of the 2014 Teen Choice Awards - the 22-year-old actor is quite busy planning and ensuring that his wedding to his longtime girlfriend is perfect, Hollywood Life has learned.
On Sunday, he secured the show for the Teen Choice Awards by doing everything in his power to keep everyone entertained, including an impromptu twerking audition for his "Maid in Manhattan" mother, Jennifer Lopez.
Unbeknownst to most of his fans, behind the camera and amid his busy schedule, Tyler Posey is actually prepping his big wedding with fiancée Seana Gorlick. Just last summer, he proudly announced his engagement to the latter and confirmed that they are set to exchange their wedding vows this fall.
"We've been very busy, but we've been able to start planning," the "Teen Wolf" star told Latina mag at the time. "A lot of it is just talk. We're writing stuff down. Soon, we're going to get a wedding planner to come to us, and see what we can do. We've got the essentials down: it's going to be sweet and private and personal. Very relaxed... just like our lifestyle."
Then, to express his excitement on becoming a husband, Posey exclaimed, "I just can't wait!"
In an interview with Hollywood Life, Tyler Posey happily dished about his proposal.
"We went to Hawaii for twelve days, and we'd never been there before," he said, adding, "I had the ring on me, but I didn't know if I was going to do it - I didn't have a plan or anything. It was the first night there, we were just hanging out before dinner talking for like an hour, just like, she's my best friend."
"And I had it hidden in this drawer and I pulled it out one time, and I was so damn nervous I couldn't even smell anything. And I just asked her, and it was the coolest thing in the world. Her reactions was the sweetest - I can't even explain it. It was the best thing in the world!"
Posey, who has been in love and dating Gorlick since they were eleven years old, admitted that after his marriage he is focusing on becoming a husband while doing full-time work on "Teen Wolf."
"No, [I'm not auditioning] right now," he told Latina of his lack of time to audition for other shows and movies. "I was kind of too busy to get other work. For this hiatus, I just tried to take a break, relax, and then I came back to Teen Wolf. I'm not hard out for a job, you know? I've got a steady job, which is great. So, it's not like I'm looking for too many things to do right now, but I'm auditioning for stuff all the time."
