The Dallas Cowboys look to take one step closer towards the postseason as they gun for the win against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Following Philadelphia Eagle's shocking 27-24 loss to the Washington Redskins, the 10-4 Cowboys are now in great position to punch their way to their first postseason appearance since 2010.
The Boys just need to win one of their last two games to advance into the postseason, but running back DeMarco Murray won't let their opportunities slip away in their first try.
Murray, who underwent surgery to repair a broken left hand last Monday, is willing to take the risk in order to help the Cowboys bag the crucial win against the Colts, who already secured a playoff spot after topping the AFC South with a 10-4 record.
"As we go, we'll just see how functional he is -- how he can hold the ball, hold it under duress, catch the ball, block, do all the things necessary to be ready to play," coach Jason Garrett said of the possibility of playing Murray against the Colts. "We'll try to ease him into drills and practice as the week goes on and just see where he is."
Meanwhile, Colts head coach Chuck Pagano is more worried on the Cowboys' vaunted offensive line that has absolutely made wonders for quarterback Tony Romo and the Cowboys offense, which ranked 16th in passing yards per game (231.1 ypg) and 3rd in rushing yards per game (146.6 ypg).
"(They're) the best offensive line that we will have faced to date, got three No. 1 picks on that line, the left tackle (Tyron Smith) is as good as they get in the league," Colts coach Chuck Pagano said.
