Angelina Jolie shared thoughts about her married life and challenges of having six children, US Weekly reported.
Angelina Jolie and Bradd Pitt tied the knot in August this year. The actress shared how they maintain the relationship with six kids.
"[Brad and I] work really hard at nurturing our family to make sure that everybody is alright and everyone stays connected," Jolie said.
The "Maleficent" star talked about how they make time for each other despite their busy schedules, according to The Australian Women's Weekly.
"Maintaining a marriage and raising kids is hard work. You have to really make sure that your work doesn't get in the way. That you don't do something that is going to put too much strain on your family," Jolie added.
Pitt and Jolie have been together for several years before they decided to settle down. The Hollywood actress expressed her happiness.
"We've been together for 10 years and have been through so many things together, to get to this point and not in any way needing to get married because we're just that sure, it was lovely. It's nice. I'm very happy to married," the actress confirmed.
The actress was asked about her six kids and their family life.
"They're six of the funniest people we have ever met in our lives. We love being home and we love being around them because they are just so entertaining," Jolie revealed.
The kids' involvement in their parents' relationship definitely showed in their wedding. Jolie narrated how the children helped in their ceremony and celebration, Mirror reported.
"We made a plan that everybody had to hum Here Comes The Bride, but they forgot and did it late, so it ended up being comical. And then our kids wrote our vows, which were so funny," she said.
On a final note, Jolie declared what is most important for her and her husband.
"If I was at home with my children that would be enough. I'm fulfilled because I have love in my life," Jolie said.
Meanwhile, Jolie ventured into directing in the film "Unbroken." The movie will hit theaters on Christmas Day.
