Kesha Dr Luke - Legendary pop-hit producer Dr Luke, has submitted several letters and birthday cards he received from Kesha and her family as new evidence in his counter-defamation case against the singer, who sued him for abuse earlier.

According to reports, in October, Kesha and Dr Luke made headlines after the singer filed a lawsuit against the later claming that he had subjected her to sexual, physical, verbal and emotional abuse for over ten years since she first signed to him.

However, 41-year-old Dr Luke, who had been the 27-year-old singer's music producer and mentor since 2005, denies the allegations. He claims that the Kesha is doing it as a way for her to get out of her existing contract with him.

According to TMZ, Dr Luke has submitted several holiday cards Kesha and her family sent him as proof of his innocence.

"To the FOXXY-est producer EVER. Ur just getting better with time. Thank you 4 helping me make my WILDEST dreams come true! I LOVE YOU! (sic)," one of the cards read.

It is not immediately clear when the cards were sent.

Lukasz Gottwald popularly known as Dr. Luke signed Kesha when she was just 18-years-old. He reportedly mentored her and  worked on all her music.

Dr Luke's claims his counter law suit against his estranged prodigy is because Kesha is "lying to get out of her legally binding contract." He said the move to twist his hands to into freeing her from their contact is being orchestrated by Kesha's mother Pebe Sebert and the singer's new management.

Dr Luke also claims that Kesha's new management have threatened to defame him and tried several times to extort him into freeing her from the contract.

Meanwhile, Pebe Serbert, Kesha's mother, has also filed a lawsuit against Dr Luke claiming that she had been suffering emotional stress and post traumatic stress disorder after the popular music producer raped her daughter.

Dr Luke also turned in several friendly messages from Serbert. One reads--" I hope you know, as much as you have been there for Kesha and me, that we will always be there for you, as a family, and friends, if you need anything."

Kesha, who had entered rehab due to an eating disorder in January, said Dr Luke forced her to take alcohol and drugs in order to take advantage of her sexually.

According to reports, Kesha claimed Dr Luke gave her "sober pills" and when she woke up the next morning she was naked in his bed "sore and sick with no memory of how she got there." Afterwards Dr Luke threatened that if she told anybody about the incident he would shut her career down, seizing all her publishing and recording rights.
