Justin Bieber and model Lara Stone went topless in a new Calvin Klein campaign for the underwear brand that was unveiled on Tuesday. But it's not just the topless thing that caught some buzz on social media but singer's alleged Photoshopped image of his abs. It seems that Bieber is the latest celebrity accused of photo-editing their images after the Kardashians and Tara Reid.
Justin Bieber's topless image on the latest Calvin Klein ads have made the online realm come alive with reactions and criticisms. ET Online reported that the Canadian pop star has already teased the social media for his new modeling gig, sharing sexy photos from the upcoming campaign. Some of the snaps showed Bieber in nothing but in tight white boxer briefs displaying his remarkable washboard abs.
"Officially a part of the legacy. Check out @calvinklein for more. #mycalvins. #newfaceofcalvinklein." Bieber captioned his Instagram post.
Though Justin Bieber's latest topless Calvin Klein snapshot is his attempt to redeem his dramatic and controversial 2014, it did not go unnoticed with social media users. According to The Daily Mail, it appeared that online users noticed that Bieber had a little help to make his abdominal muscles more defined in the black and white images compared to what was shown in the ad video.
"They airbrushed Justin Bieber to the high heavens!" a Twitter user posted on Wednesday. Another user also tweeted, "They airbrushed a lot of muscle onto little Justin Bieber."
While some have accused 20-year-old Justin Bieber for Photoshopping his topless Calvin Klein campaign shots, some fans were thrilled and gushed on social media about the singer's racy photos, The Daily Express reported.
"He looks so perfect standing there in his @CalvinKlein underwear @justinbieber I love you," a user wrote. While another said, "Perfection from head to toe Justin Bieber." One user also commented, "The Justin Bieber Calvin Klein ad has totally turned me back into a Belieber."
The Calvin Klein Spring 2015 ad campaign that features topless Justin Bieber and Lara Stone, was shot by fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in New York City, WWD reported. It is the designer's connection to the music industry that started with the most iconic campaign which remarkably featured Mark Wahlberg and supermodel Kate Moss.
If the Kardashians failed to break the Internet, will Justin Bieber's topless Calvin Klein shots do some justice?
