Katharine McPhee Elyes Gabel - A pop singer who is currently in the middle of a sticky divorce from her husband of six years was spotted kissing her boyfriend at the set of a movie.
On Thursday afternoon, singer/actress Katharine McPhee was seen kissing co-star Elyes Gabel while on the set of Scorpion in downtown Los Angeles.
The couple was pictured holding their scripts when they stole a tender moment amid the busy set of the hit CBS drama series.
Katharine McPhee and estranged husband Nick Cokas are currently in the middle of a divorce. However, it seems the 30-year-old singer may have moved on. The American Idol contestant announced her divorce from Cokas on May 22, 2014, saying that they had already separated for nearly a year.
The Katharine McPhee Elyes Gabel kiss has since gone viral on the Internet especially because this is not the first time the actress has been spotted kissing colleagues on set.
In October 2013, Katharine McPhee and Michael Morris where shown kissing - at the time he was her director for Smash and was also married with three daughters to actress Mary McCormack.
According to reports, while Morris was able to get back together with his wife following his lip-locking incident, McPhee wasn't as fortunate. She claims that at the time of her smooch with Morris she and Cokas had already been separated. But Cokas disagrees, saying the act of infidelity occurred before they went their separate ways.
Reports indicate that the timing of the incident is very important because the couple may not have signed a prenuptial agreement before their marriage on February 2, 2008. And as such, the establishment of the exact time the kiss took place would have monetary consequences.
Katharine McPhee and Elyes Gabel's relationship was confirmed by the singer in September last year.
