Beau Kazer - An actor who featured in the long-running CBS drama series The Young And The Restless has died passed away in his sleep.
Canadian born actor Beau Kazer is reported to have died on December 30th in Thousand Oaks, California. Kazer, who is best remembered for his role as Brock Reynolds, on The Young and the Restless, which he played on and off since 1974 after creating the character.
Although it is not yet clear what the official cause of death is, Kazer's wife Sharon Alkus says he had been struggling with health issues for years prior to his passing. She added that Kazer was writing a book, Adventures in Honkerville at the time of his passing.
About the book, Alkus said it sad that "he was almost done." "I will type up the remainder of the chapters and dedicate it.'To Beau Kazer, a truly loving human being, one I hope to meet again someday."
Beau Kazer's passing has drawn social media tributes from his The Young and the Restless co-stars and fans alike.
"The Young and the Restless has lost another of it's own...RIP Beau Kazer (Brock) I remember the first time I heard your voice and thought wow! This guy should have been in radio!"

Beau Kazer, who was born in Ontario, had a television career that spanned over forty years. He also appeared in General Hospital , where he played the role of Dr. Bunny Wilson as well as On Hart to Hart, B. J. and the Bear and Barnaby Jones.
